Wasaga Beach will be applying for a number of projects that the federal government will be funding.

The deadline for submitting the applications for the Community Infrastructure Improvement fund is August 24th.

Wasaga Beach town staff showed interest in applying for the $2 million Trillium Creek projects that covers flood protection, drainage improvements and trail refurbishment.

Another project of interest for Wasaga Beach is the $365,000 plan to better the boat launches at Wasaga Sports Park and Nancy Island.
