This February, being a diligent driver in Wasaga Beach will bring you lots of benefits!
Usually, cops stop you if they notice you breaking the law, and, as a result, you will receive a ticket. However, this February, you won’t have to be afraid of the police. Cops might stop you even if you haven’t done anything wrong. They will probably stop you if you are wearing a seatbelt, respect the speed limit, allow pedestrians to cross the street or pull over in order to make a phone call. Moreover, in such cases, instead of receiving a ticket, you will be given a coupon booklet for free stuff and discounts in local Wasaga Beach stores.
So, throughout February, the campaign “Do Good” is to be launched by members of Huronia West OPP who will be handing out coupon booklets to people who will contribute to maintaining law and order in Wasaga Beach.
This action proves that the Town of Wasaga Beach will always appreciate the good things that people do for their own prosperity and the well-being of the entire community of Wasaga – it’s simply about rewarding people who look out for the others.
The coupon booklet consists of 17 safety messages and 17 coupons.
The coupons have been provided by: Beach Builders Home Hardware, Liberty Tax Service, Clearview Security Systems, Grandma’s Beach Treats, Wasaga Sands Golf Club, Harvey’s, My Computer People, Water Depot, Active Healthcare Centre, Canadian Tire, Dr. Dina Ghobrial Dentistry, Georgian Bay Optometry Clinic, Travelworld, TD Canada Trust, the YMCA, Benjamin Moore and Stonebridge Town Centre.
The “Do Good” campaign is part of the Snowman Mania.

Do good and the only thing you will receive by a police officer will be a discount coupon
