Tea and coffee are also included and for dessert, you can enjoy a fine piece of chocolate cake. The cost for everything is $8 and it would be a good idea if you appear earlier at the spot.

Horticultural Society Help

The Angus Horticultural Society is inviting you to join them every Monday night at the Clock Tower Gardens and donate $5 for the glow-in-the-dark angels that the society sells in order to gather money for flowering crab apple trees.

Blood Donor Clinic

On August 2nd, a blood donor clinic will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you like to make an appointment, call 1-888-2-DONATE.

Casino Rama

Creemore Big Heart Seniors will be organizing a bus trip to Casino Rama on the first Tuesday of every month. The following trip will be taking place on August 7th. Victoria Tea and Flower Show

Honouring the Queen’s 60th Diamond Jubilee, the Angus Horticultural Society will be hosting their Victorian Garden Tea Party and Flower Show on August 25th. The event will be held at the Angus Mobile Home Recreation Centre at Cecil Street and Third Street. The doors will be open at 1:30 p.m. and the entrance will be free. Tea will be served for $5 dollars for adults and $2 for children. Sandwiches, cheese, pickles, desserts, lemonade, juice and coffee will also be on the menu.
