We are all familiar that the Sunshine Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer. It was established in 1982 with a basic purpose to organize group activities and provide emotional support for young people suffering from cancer.

In 1991, the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. adopted the Sunshine Kids Foundation as a network-wide charity. Both parties took a good start because they share organization philosophy, purpose and goals: the Sunshine Kids provides a shelter for children to relax and feel like “regular” kids and Prudential Real Estate members provide comfortable homes for families through the United States and Canada.

For this purpose, a great deal of Prudential Real Estate agents, managers and brokers have taken part in fund-raising events as well as in the “listings” program and have taken an active roles in the activities and national events dedicated to the children of Sunshine Kids.

Just like all previous years, in 2012, Prudential Ronan Realty Brokerage is going to take part in the 6th Annual Sunshine Kids Charity Golf Tournament.

As always, Nadene and Kristina of the WasagaLife team will show their support for Sunshine Kids and they warmly invite all participants, sponsors, volunteers to participate in the golf tournament – let us not forget that every single one of us is able to add to the quality of life to children with cancer just by organizing positive group activities to amuse them and make their lives happier.
